These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases from this seller on SBTshop, including ordinary orders and group / shared shipments.

1. Parties
• The contract of sale for products from this shop is between the buyer and this seller. The seller is responsible for the goods, shipping performance, returns (as stated below), complaints, and commercial invoices where required.
• SBTshop / SBTpedigree operates as a facilitator marketplace: it provides listing, checkout, and order tools. It is not the civil seller of the goods. Where tax rules treat the platform as deemed supplier for VAT only, that does not change the civil sales contract with the seller.

2. Orders and payment
• Payment is collected through the platform’s payment options at checkout. The buyer receives a payment/order confirmation for amounts paid on the platform. Product VAT/MVA treatment follows the applicable marketplace and tax rules for the order.
• The buyer is responsible for providing correct email, phone, and delivery details. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information are the buyer’s risk.

3. Shipping and group orders
• If buyers use a group order for this seller: (1) the group leader should reserve their own products first so stock is held; (2) participants add their products to the group without paying on the platform (stock is reserved for the open group); (3) the group leader pays once for all products in the group plus shipping via the platform’s payment options; (4) the sales contract for the paid order is between the seller and the group leader as the paying buyer; (5) participants settle their share of product cost, shipping, and any import duties/customs/VAT registered on the leader privately with the leader; (6) product-value percentages shown for splitting shipping/import costs are a guiding tip only — the platform does not collect or guarantee those private shares and does not mediate disputes between group members; (7) an open group order expires after 24 hours if not paid. These rules apply in addition to ordinary individual orders (where each buyer pays their own checkout total).
• Any handling times, ship-by dates, or delivery estimates shown on listings or at checkout are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless the seller has stated otherwise in writing for a specific product.

4. Import duties and taxes
• Depending on the ship-to country and the order, import duties, customs fees, or other import-related charges may apply. For individual orders these may be charged to the buyer by carriers or authorities. For shared shipments they are typically registered on the group leader and must be shared fairly among participants as described above. The platform does not guarantee that all such charges are known at checkout.

5. Complaints and disputes
• Complaints about product quality, missing items, shipping delays, or returns are primarily between the buyer and this seller. The platform may provide order tools and support channels but is not the civil seller and does not replace the seller’s responsibility.

6. Products
• Product photos are illustrative. Colour, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from images due to materials, lighting, and screens.
• Items are sold as described on the product listing at the time of purchase. The buyer should read the listing carefully (size, materials, condition, and any limitations) before paying.

7. Acceptance
• By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and accept these Terms of Sale for this seller.
