How to upload DNA results to SBTpedigree.com

Uploading L2hga & HC documents
First you need to log in to your account. To be able to edit dogs, and upload documents, you need to be an active member. Read more about memberships here.   Find the dog you have the DNA result for and use the search function at the top of the page, or from your favourite list in your dashboard if you have saved the dogs as your favourite, and press "Update this dog". You will then be taken to the page where you can edit the dog. Scroll down to the L2hga and HC section and click "browse" to find the file on your computer or phone. Choose the status from the report in the dropdown menu and scroll down to the bottom of the page and press "Save changes". Now you are done. Admin will go through the documents. Note that you will not get an email when the document is approved or denied.

Have in mind that a document must contain the dog's pedigree name and chip number and/or registration number. If the document does not contain the dog's pedigree name, the Kennel Club pedigree which connects the chip number or registration number must be provided by email.

After the documents are approved your dog will be updated with the result status. If the document is not approved, you will see a red marked box saying "not approved" when you are on the dog's edit page. A little comment will be written as to why it is not approved, and you will be able to re-upload correct document. Please note that this function is to upload the dogs L2hga and HC document only. Not the parents. If you have relevant documents for the parents, proving your dog is hereditary clear these documents need to be uploaded to the parents' pages. A general update for offspring's "clear by parents" status is usually done at least once a month.
