My name is Cristina Cozza. My journey with dogs began in childhood, growing up in a family that taught me to respect them long before I learned to love them. That is why breeding has never been a profession for me—it is a lifelong passion that I live every single day. The Telchines Prefix The Telchines kennel prefix, officially recognised by the FCI and ENCI in 1992, was originally established with Giant Schnauzers. With this breed I enjoyed many years of success in both the show ring and Working Trials (Utility and Protection), earning several national and international titles. Those years shaped the way I breed today: careful selection, sound temperament, and absolute respect for every dog. Discovering the Staffordshire Bull Terrier In 2012, Robin, my first Staffordshire Bull Terrier, entered my life. From that moment, this remarkable breed changed my path forever. Her courage, reliability, and joyful nature still represent the qualities I look for in every dog I breed. With Robin began a journey built on passion, study, and complete dedication to this extraordinary breed. Passion and Education Over the years I have expanded my knowledge of canine behaviour through a variety of training courses, including international programmes. Among them are a Master’s programme in Canine Behaviour and Low Stress Handling training. However, my greatest education continues every day alongside my own dogs. They remain my most honest and inspiring teachers. A Shared Journey Every dog has a story, and every story has something to teach us. I carefully select families who share my values: respect, responsibility, and the desire to build a genuine lifelong bond with their dog. Each litter is planned only when I believe the right conditions exist, always putting the welfare of the dogs and their future first. With my Staffordshire Bull Terriers I continue to grow, learn, and dream, creating relationships that are meant to last a lifetime. Telchines is more than a kennel name—it is a journey built on commitment, passion, unforgettable moments, and shared success.
