Once a dog appears in any pedigree, that record must be preserved for archive integrity. This is based on legitimate interest (archiving) and is proportionate given the limited nature of the personal data.

Account data: Your account and profile data may be removed when you close your account, except where they form part of the pedigree archive. Transaction records are retained as required by law.
