Of Staffyness

We are Jan and Melanie Evenga and live in the beautiful town of Pfullingen, in Baden Württemberg on the edge of the Swabian Alb. We owe our love and enthusiasm for this great dog breed to a very good friend and his Staffy bitch Amy. We informed ourselves extensively about the breed, the different breeders and what to look out for, as Staffordshire Bull Terriers belong to the list dogs category 2 in Baden Württemberg. Through social media we followed several breeders and eventually got on the waiting list for a puppy with some of them. About two years later, Saxonia Staff's Lucy moved in with us. Lucy developed into a well-balanced and charming bitch. When she was about 1 year old, a breeder friend asked us if we would like to take Lucy to a show. We entered the Bayer Cup together and Lucy won the junior class with excellent 1. We had a lot of fun together and tasted blood, so we entered several shows nationally and internationally and achieved class victories, the title Best Bitch and almost always the excellent score. In addition, we received very good feedback throughout. We met many great people and made new friends. We breed out of love for the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed and our aim is to breed dogs of good temperament and character, typical of the breed, well socialised and happy family dogs.
