How to upload DNA results to SBTpedigree.com

Uploading L2hga & HC documents

1. Log in to your account. To edit dogs and upload documents, you need an active membership. Read more about memberships here.

2. Find the dog using the search at the top of the page, or from your favourite list in your dashboard if you have saved the dogs as favourites.

3. Click "Update this dog" to open the edit page.

4. In the L2hga and HC section: click "Browse" to select the file from your computer or phone, choose the status from the report in the dropdown menu, then scroll down and click "Save changes".

Admin will review the document. You will not receive an email when it is approved or denied.

A document must contain the dog's pedigree name and chip number and/or registration number. If the document does not contain the pedigree name, the Kennel Club pedigree linking the chip or registration number must be provided by email.

After approval

Once approved, your dog's result status will be updated. If not approved, you will see a red box marked "not approved" on the dog's edit page, with a short comment explaining why. You can then re-upload a corrected document.

Note: This function is for uploading the dog's own L2hga and HC documents only, not the parents'. If you have documents for the parents proving your dog is hereditary clear, those must be uploaded on the parents' pages. A general update of offspring "clear by parents" status is usually done at least once a month.
